Our Key Mission
Roughly 11 percent of Women of Color hold a Managerial position, less than 8 percent hold a Sr. Managerial position, and less than 4 percent are represented in the C-Suite. We believe that in order to change the ratio, we must be intentional about finding equitable solutions.
